Meet Rob

Are you ready for a transformative journey toward a more balanced, fulfilled life?

I help individuals shift away from unwanted behaviors and limiting beliefs, guiding them towards emotional harmony and self-discovery. Together, we'll help you cultivate a sense of purpose, joy, and healing.

My therapy approach involves creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can express your experiences openly. Through this process, we'll address distressing emotions, thoughts, and significant life events, facilitating deep healing and transformation.

I'll partner with you, helping you explore your story and navigate obstacles. With warmth and empathy, we'll work to understand your past and shape a new, intentional future. Together, we'll focus on your goals and embrace a path of positive change.

In our therapeutic work, we'll build a foundation of trust, safety, and hope. You'll feel seen and accepted as we work together to promote meaningful growth and challenge old patterns. It would be an honor to support you in your journey, helping you face challenges and find hope, self-compassion, and positive change.

Outside of my therapy practice, I enjoy reading insightful books, savoring delicious meals with friends, and traveling with my wife.

I also serve as an adjunct college professor in Chicago teaching courses on counseling skills and trauma recovery.

Prior to my work in therapy, I served as a pastor and am deeply interested in the endless connections between the heart, mind, body and soul.

There is hope. Tomorrow does not have to be like today. Hope is integral to my therapeutic practice. It is the engine and driver toward change. Hope is balm for weary souls.

Let’s embark on this journey together!
